Learning Snacks
Learning
The Learning Snacks are short, modular micro-learning opportunities developed to support secondary school teachers in strengthening their skills and knowledge in co-design learning. They offer personalised, flexible, and engaging training paths, helping teachers fill specific competence gaps and apply innovative co-design methods in their classrooms. Here are the Learning Snacks developed in infographic format. The other Learning Snacks are available in video format on the project's YouTube channel.
Objectives
Skill Development: Train educators in co-design strategies such as collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
Content Validation: Evaluate the clarity and usefulness of each Learning Snack.
Competence Assessment: Use engagement, creativity, and teamwork as key evaluation criteria.
Feedback-Driven Improvement: Revise content based on teacher feedback.
Knowledge Sharing: Encourage dissemination of results and best practices.
Implementation
Each partner tests two modules from another country. Activities include micro-teaching, lesson planning, and peer review. Feedback is gathered via questionnaires. Completion leads to a certification in co-design teaching methods.
